All workshops are inclusive of all ethnicities, genders, ages (18+), sexual & relationship preferences. Everyone is welcome.
C-19?
We ask you to keep our community safe by taking a lateral flow test on the day of the workshop & to refrain from attending if you have any C-19 symptoms.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS FOR WORKSHOPS?
See individual workshop details. Some workshops have an Eventbrite link, others request an email to EmbodiedMoves. Confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent with the event link. Responding yes/going/RSVP on websites without making a financial investment does not confirm your place. Your space is only confirmed once the financial investment has been completed.
REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, no ticket is transferable or refundable. If the organiser needs to cancel/reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
NUMBERS?
The number of participants is limited (dependent on the type of workshop) so as to increase the sense of safety within the group & space. Please note: bookings are frequently made on the day so it isn't possible to confirm numbers (or ethnicities, genders, ages, sexual & relationship types) before the workshop.
GENDER BALANCING?
These sessions are open to people of all genders & sexual orientations with an atmosphere of respect & acceptance at all times. Sessions are not gender balanced (i.e. one man to one woman). There is an invitation to move beyond personal preference & ideas of sexual attraction, into a space of welcoming & appreciating everyone. Please note: bookings are frequently made on the day so it isn't possible to confirm the gender balance via email before the workshop.
FOR SINGLES ONLY?
All workshops are suitable for singles & for those in couples, trios & all other forms of relationship. You are very welcome to work only with your partners, but please do let me know via email. Separate tickets need to be bought for each participating person.

Unless specified otherwise, you are invited to dress as you feel comfortable, wearing layers you can remove in response to your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
We will begin buy sharing how we are feeling & then we will connect with our bodies to move through a wave of different sounds & rhythms. There will be invitations to connect with others but everyone is encouraged to listen to their needs & do what is their truth. There are no steps to learn. We will be moving barefoot.

We will begin by communicating who we are & the feelings that emerge. We will then continue our journey into a space of self connection, exploration & sharing of our deepest desires. There will be no touch unless you invite this & the group members consent.

ELEMENTAL / Kundalini Body Art & Oil
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Each session has a different group of people, so each session is unique. However, to give you some idea of the flow of a session, we begin by getting to know each other as we talk about the experience we are going to share. You will then be invited to explore conscious movement with moving meditations/dance.
You will then ready yourself to explore the use of paint on the skin. One by one, you & the others in your group will adore & be adored using sponges & brushes with body paints to explore & heighten your desires & creativity. There will be no direct touch unless you invite this & your group members consent. Non-verbal communication is encouraged in this part of the journey. The journey will conclude with a sharing of the imaginative creations & an optional photoshoot.

- A towel/sarong you do not mind getting paint on
- Clothing is optional, so if necessary, bring clothes you don’t mind getting paint on
- A bottle of drinking water
- Your creativity

IS IT ACCEPTABLE IF I MASTURBATE?
Masturbation/repeated genital stroking is not invited in this workshop. If the facilitator observes you to be masturbating, you will be removed from the session so as to ensure safety within the workshop space.
WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY WHOLE BODY VISIBLE?
Whole body visibility is requested as we often hide away the parts we do not want seen - consciously or unconsciously. Full visibility invites a deeper opening.
WILL EVERYONE BE VISIBLE?
Yes, all participants are requested to be visible so as to create a group sharing. Device cameras will need to be on throughout the workshop, else you may be asked to leave. To ensure a safe space & confidentiality, recording is not permitted.
WILL I BE TOLD WHAT TO DO?
You will be gently guided throughout the process & are invited to feel into your truth in every moment.
DO YOU INSTRUCT US TO UNDRESS?
You are invited to undress at specific times of the meditation & are invited to feel into your truth in every moment so if you may choose to remain clothed if that means being in your vulnerability.
WILL THERE BE TALKING?
You will be invited to share verbally at specific times during the journey. The silent meditation will be silent as stated.
WILL WE BE TALKING ABOUT OUR OWN VULNERABILITIES?
Yes. That is the invitation in the sharing & you are invited to feel into your truth in every moment so if you do not want to share, there is no obligation to do so.

You will then begin a journey exploring the senses with delicious delights selected by your beautiful self. This will culminate into a giving & receiving of loving touch (if you so desire) with pure connection & consciousness. There will be no direct touch unless you invite this & your group members consent.
WHAT TO BRING?
- A towel you do not mind oil getting on (required for hygiene purposes - to sit/lie on)
- 1 delicious sweet vegan & gluten free finger food for sharing (e.g. chocolate, dried fruit, berries)
- 1 delicious savoury vegan & gluten free finger food for sharing (e.g. crackers, crisps, vegan cheese)
- Bottle of water
- A curiosity for exploration
- Optional: A sarong you do not mind oil getting on

We will ground & connect with our kundalini energy or the elements. You will be invited to lie down & relax on a yoga mat, before embarking on your internal journey supported by sound & live instruments. The music & tribal instruments support healing & deep connection with self, navigating through theta & beta brain waves to flow through subtle trance states leading to pure consciousness to surrender to Source.This journey is unique for everyone, some people dance, some people connect with the cosmos, some people rest & return rejuvenated. If energy work has been agreed, I will work intuitively with any energy (chakra) blocks to support your flow in the journey. This may or may not involve touch - dependent on what has been agreed at the start of the session. We will close the journey with grounding processes & with an expression of the experience.

Each session has a different group of people, so each session is unique. We will begin by getting to know each other as we talk about the experience we are going to share. We will then explore the following themes as a personal enquiry, journeying individually & together.
1st Date Night ~ The Senses
A guided exploration of the senses in all their abundance. How does it feel to use your senses with your undivided attention? How can this improve your quality of life? How can this improve your love & sex life? We will delve into the subtle pleasures of each of the senses to increase our awareness of these gateways to bliss.
2nd Date Night ~ The Body
A guided exploration of the whole of your beautiful body, discovering different types of touch & sensation to heighten your sensitivity, to reveal hidden (or forgotten!) erogenous zones & unleash your body’s potential.
3rd Date Night ~ Embodied Pleasure
The previous learnings of the body & senses are combined with the essential tools of breathe, sound & movement to open the body to a heightened orgasmic state.
You are welcome to attend only the 1st or 2nd Date Nights.
Each Date Night invites you to gain deeper Self-connection so it is a prerequisite to attend both 1st & 2nd Date Nights to attend the 3rd Date Night.
